The 60-day guarantee
Every Glycotide order is covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund of the product purchase price within that window. We suggest using the product for at least 30 days first, since the blend typically needs that long to show its effect.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team replies within one business day with return instructions. You do not need to provide lab results; your feedback is enough.
How refunds are issued
Once your return is received and processed, we issue a refund of the purchase price to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank to post the credit. Original shipping charges, where they applied, are non-refundable.
